Guests are subject to the following rules and regulations and are request·d to observe these during their stay. The establ shment reserves the right to refuse service to any person for justifiable reasons.

Valuables

The Management cannot be held responsible for any loss.We suggest you deposit your money, jewelries, and other valuables for safekeeping in our safety deposit box.

Visitors

For the safety of our valued guests,the Management has a rigid prohibition for unannounced visitors in guest rooms. Visitors are requested to sign the visitor's logbook at the front desk. Those staying after 12:00 midnight shall be billed accordingly.

Gambling

Gambling of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Pets

Pets or animals of any description are not allowed in the Pension House.

Electrical

Cooking, doing laundry, ironing,and use of any electrical gadgets are not allowed.However, electric shavers and hair dryers may be allowed. Current is 220 volts.

Conserve Energy

Switch off lights,air conditioner, and check faucets when leaving the room.

Damage or Property Loss

Damaged Pension House property and equipment through improper use or carelessness will be charged to the guest's account. Allitems

Telephone

Long distance calls are filed through the Front Desk operator. FAX service and photocopying are also available at our Front Desk

Security Measures

When leaving the room, be sure to lock the door. Key card must be left with Front Desk.

Accounts

Down payments are required upon registration and uills shoulrl be settled on a daily basis. Personal check is not accepted as payment.

Check-out Time

Check-in time is check-out time. 24 hours after check-in time is counted as one day. An excess of 1to 12 hours is considered half-day. Beyond 12 hours is counted as one day. Should a guest wish to extend his departure time or date, he should inform the Front Desk 6 hours before his estimated date of departure for approval and proper adjustment in billing.

Service

Room service is 24 hours. Room and restaurant orders are from 6am to llpm. Laundry service is from Monday to Saturday only.

Foods/Drinks

Foods and drinks can be ordered from the Penthouse Restaurant.

Children

Guests with children should look after the safety and welfare of their children to avoid any form of accident or injury. The Pension House cannot be held responsible for their safety
